The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Customer”, “Member”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “The membership”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Florida and United States Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. Member Accounts

When you create an account with The Frost Society, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the cancellation of your membership or the termination of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate your account if you engage in suspicious behavior, such as repeatedly canceling and rejoining this Site or knowingly providing incorrect payment information, resulting in failed payments and additional fees.
 
Payments
Members are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then every month following on the same date each month. quarter or year, depending on the option chosen at checkout. We may terminate your membership and remove you from The Frost Society membership platform if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect this. All products and materials within the membership will always remain the property of the business and are not to be reproduced or distributed.

If we are unable to process your membership payment successfully, our system will usually retry over the course of 3 days using the existing payment method you added.  We reserve the right to manually retry this payment(s) at any time on your existing payment method or any new payment methods that you add to your account to process any outstanding debts.

The Frost Society is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by Wix Payments. It is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date in your member account. Should you cancel your membership, you must ensure your recurring payment is canceled to save any future payments being taken by Wix Payments. You can do this from your member account.
 
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time from your member account by visiting the Subscriptions tab. You must close your membership before your renewal date in order to prevent any charges on your account. The Frost Society does not offer refunds.

 

Refunds Policy

Once you pay for a plan, you have access to this site until the expiration date, which is the same day of the month you joined. Our system grants you access to the site for the term (monthly, quarterly, yearly), and because of this, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you have an issue with the membership or the content, please email us.
