How do I access the digital content?
After you select a plan from the Membership page, you will be directed to checkout, where you can create your account. You can log into your account by following the link you received via email or sign in from any page on this site.

Once logged in, click on the Story Library from the account menu to get instant access to the ongoing and completed stories included with your digital membership.

After each story on this site is completed, members will receive an email with a link to the eBook.

You will also receive an eBook of Jillian's choosing monthly via email.

Where should I start reading?
We don't have a suggested reading order. Each series can be read independently from the other, so where you start depends on which tropes you like and what you feel like reading. To simplify things, we organized the stories by tropes and themes listed on each story on the Story Library page.

What is The Frost Society?
The Frost Society is a membership site for Jillian Frost readers. Jillian writes exclusive stories and bonus scenes you can only find on this site and shares books as they are written. Depending on the membership tier, some backlist books are also available for members to read.

We also offer monthly eBook downloads and physical products, such as signed special edition paperbacks exclusive to this site and themed bookish swag.

What will I get if I join?

The answer depends on the plan you choose. To view the specific benefits of each tier, check out the Membership page.

How am I notified about new digital content and eBook downloads?
When there are new bonus scenes, chapters, and eBook downloads, you will receive an email from Jillian Frost. All existing content is now available to read in the Story Library.

Jillian Frost also sends monthly wrap-up emails in case you missed the weekly digests so you never miss new content.

How often do you release new content for members?
Jillian Frost writes and releases weekly chapters of each story she writes. You will receive an email when new chapters, books, or bonus content is available to read. In some cases, when the books are either a standalone or too long for serialization, Jillian will skip the weekly posting of chapters and send you a completed novel in eBook format. You will also receive this via email along with the monthly eBook.

How do I download the eBooks?
 As Jillian Frost completes a new season, series, novella, or short story, you will receive an email to download the eBook via a BookFunnel link. You will also receive a monthly eBook of Jillian's choosing and new releases. During release months, the monthly eBook download is the current release.

The download links are valid for the month they are released and expire. We do not extend the expiration dates beyond that month, so please download the books as you receive them.

We use BookFunnel to deliver the files seamlessly to your preferred reading device. With one click, you can download the eBooks to any Kindle, Nook, Kobo device, iPad, iPhone, Android phone or tablet, and even a computer. You can also create a free BookFunnel account at bookfunnel.com or via their app, which is available in the Apple and Google Play stores. With an account, you can read all the books in one place.

Can I read offline?
Yes and no. The monthly eBooks and some digital content are downloadable and can be read offline on any device. However, the digital content on this site is not downloadable and is protected by United States copyright laws. You are not permitted to copy or distribute any content on this site for any purpose.

Do you have an app?
No, we do not have an app. But don’t worry. We have designed the site's reading experience to resemble reading a book.

Will any of the stories be available on Amazon and other book retailers?

Some stories are too spicy or taboo for online booksellers and will remain exclusive to The Frost Society. Bonus chapters, extended epilogues, and short stories are also unsuitable for selling on retail sites and created specifically for this site's members.

Occasionally, Jillian Frost will publish completed stories you see on this site at online bookstores. However, as a member, you will get access to the stories months or even years in advance.

How am I billed?
The Frost Society is a monthly subscription. You will be charged on the date you join and again every month on the same day until you cancel using the payment method you provided at sign-up.

How do I cancel my membership?
Cancelling your membership is easy and hassle-free. Just log into your account and select the Subscriptions tab from the menu. Then, choose your plan and cancel with one click.  Depending on when you cancel, you will still have access to the digital content until the expiration date. Your expiration date is the same day as your join date and can be found on the Subscriptions page.

If you cancel during a billing cycle and have not made two full successful payments, you forfeit physical item benefits such as special edition paperbacks. However, if you have already paid two months into your plan and then cancel, you will still receive your book even if you're no longer a member.

Are memberships refundable?
Once you pay for a plan, you have access to the digital content until the expiration date, which is the same day of the month you joined. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you have an issue with the membership or the content, please Contact Us.

My payment failed. How do I update my payment information?
To update your payment method, log into your account, click on Account Settings from the drop-down menu, and then click on the My Wallet tab. From there, you can update your information.

How do you process payment failures?

As a courtesy, you get a 3-day grace period when a payment fails. That means you can access the content for three additional days while our payment processor retries the payment method you entered when joining The Frost Society. If the payment repeatedly fails, you will lose access and any membership benefits.

The Frost VIP tier members pay monthly to receive book boxes, which require two consecutive payments. If your payment fails before the second month and you rejoin after the three-day grace period, your time paid into the membership restarts from the beginning because the system treats you as a new member.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use Wix Payments and Stripe to process every transaction. These third-party payment processors handle the billing for us on separate servers.

I don’t want anyone to know I read romance. What will appear on my billing statement?
No problem! Your statement will say The Frost Society.

Do you offer technical support?
Yes! If you have issues logging into your account, navigating the pages, or updating your account information, please submit a Technical Support Request. We typically respond within 24 hours or less and will do our best to resolve your problem.

I forgot my password and can’t log into my account.
For issues logging into your account, click the "Forgot Password" button on the login form. From there, you will be prompted to enter your email address. Please ensure you use the same email address you provided when joining The Frost Society, or you will get an error message.   If you are unsure which email address you used at sign-up, please Contact Us and provide the full name associated with your account. We typically respond within 24 hours or less and will do our best to get you logged back into your account.

Can I share my account with someone?
No. When you join The Frost Society, you are purchasing a single license for yourself to view the content. Sharing passwords and accounts with people who have not paid for the content is illegal. It also negatively impacts this site and the author's ability to produce consistent content at an affordable price.

Is my account information secure?
Yes! The payment information you enter under Account Settings is handled by a third-party payment processor that processes your payments securely on their own servers.

As far as your name, address, and other personally identifiable information, all profiles are set to private. No one accessing this site can see your personal information. You can set how you want your name displayed when you comment on posts and forums, which are only visible to paid members of this site.

We use Wix for our web hosting. They use two-factor authentication, password encryption, and regular security audits to ensure your login data is not compromised. Their databases containing sensitive information are encrypted according to PCI standards to add additional protection for personally identifiable information, rendering this information unreadable without a cryptographic key.
